The Scalable Painter™ provides digital products, books, audits, and structured implementation programs.
Due to the nature of digital content and advisory services, the following policies apply:
Books & Digital Products
All book and digital product sales are final.
If purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon), refunds are subject to that platform’s policy.
Sales Audit
The Sales Audit is a paid diagnostic service. Once delivered, it is non-refundable.
90-Day System Install
The 90-Day Install is a structured implementation program.
Payments are non-refundable once the program begins.
If the Installation Integrity Commitment applies, additional support will be provided as stated but refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed services.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be reviewed at our discretion for extraordinary situations.
